I’m Robin Ellis a former sufferer of recurring yeast infections.

My story?

After suffering the embarrassment and pain from frequent yeast infections, I finally did something about it.

I decided that the creams, suppositories, over the counter “treatments” and yes even the Doctor’s prescriptions did not stop recurring yeast infections I had.  Some were temporary – none were permanent.

So, after much time researching the infection’s causes and a lot of expense – I decided to try a completely different approach to treatment for recurring yeast infections that I kept getting (yeast infection no more if you’re wondering).

Since then, the frequent vaginal yeast infections have completely stopped. And I no longer have to suffer the pain and embarrassment of the infections again.

I decided I wanted to share with you the tips and information I gathered so you will have it much easier in the future.
